What is it?
The Council is designed to invite current and former patients and their families into the decision-making process at Chartwell, adding a crucial voice to the discussion.
Why is it important?
As one of the fastest growing companies in the US, Chartwell is committed to providing the highest quality care for the populations that we serve. It is essential that we hear directly from those we serve to be sure that both current and future programs meet the needs of the community.
Who participates?
Current and former patients and their families, Chartwell leadership and Chartwell staff. Participation is entirely voluntary and is done so on a volunteer basis.
How do you become involved?

A selection committee will choose participants. There is no deadline for application submission,
as the selection committee will review and invite new applicants year-round.
